Summer 2010
Hello Everyone,
I hope that you are all having a wonderful summer time where ever you might be. The heat is something that I always look forward to throughout the year. I am not a cold weather gal.
With the heat, things have been cooking here around Canton Village Quilt Works!! Lots of new things coming into the shop almost everyday. New Bundles, fabrics, kits, patterns. Also, the website recently underwent a face lift of sorts. So make sure you go check out all the new and nifty things and let me know what you think of the new look too. Podcast
Thank you to all who have been listening to my podcasts. If you have not had the opportunity to listen to Episode 14, please do. It was an enhanced podcast too. I had a wonderful time interviewing Karen Eckmeier! In conjunction with the podcast, a fantastic giveaway, courtesy of Karen, took place on my blog. There were 3 winners and they were mighty happy.

New Happenings
As always, there is something new going on at Canton Village Quilt Works. Coming up in the next few months, you will see something in Quick Quilts Magazine. Very excited about this, but can't tell you much more at this time.
A BIG giveaway will be happening on my blog in the next few months as well. And believe me, you won't want to miss this one. If you are a serious quilter or even an on again off again quilter this will be for you. So check my blog or Facebook page often.
New threads from Rowan have arrived in the shop and sold out the first round!! The second round has arrived they include thread from Amy Butler to match her Love Fabric and Soul Blossoms Fabric. And also Kaffe Fassett Thread called Stones and Circus. Check these wonderful collections out by clicking here.
Also, new fabrics are coming in every week to the shop! Some new lines expected soon. One of the newest lines and designers to be added is Jill Gordon and her Cottage Garden Collection. If you are a Kaffe fan you must check this collection out by clicking here.
